✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Utsaav (utsaav.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and service providers ("users") of Utsaav.

🎪 2. Platform Description

Utsaav is an online marketplace that connects customers planning events (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.) with event professionals such as organizers, photographers, makeup artists, pandits, lodge owners, and return gift vendors.

Utsaav acts as an intermediary platform only. We do not directly provide any event services. All service agreements are between customers and providers.

👤 3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without written permission from Utsaav.
• Utsaav reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

🏢 4. Service Providers

Service providers registering on Utsaav agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and category details.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Not misrepresent their services, qualifications, or pricing.
• Maintain appropriate licenses/permissions required for their service type under Indian law.
• Not engage in discriminatory practices against customers.

Utsaav reserves the right to remove any provider listing that violates these terms or receives verified complaints.

💳 5. Payments & Refunds

For paid features on Utsaav (e.g., Jyotish PDF reports):

• Payments are accepted via UPI only.
• After payment, you will receive your digital deliverable within the time stated on the feature page.
• Refund Policy: If you did not receive what was promised, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp (+91 73849 49090) for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
• Utsaav is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and service providers for bookings made outside the platform.

🚫 6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Utsaav staff.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity under Indian law.
• Spam other users or providers with unsolicited messages.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Utsaav's content without permission.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

Utsaav provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees about:

• The quality, reliability, or suitability of services provided by listed vendors.
• Uninterrupted availability of the platform.
• Accuracy of vendor-provided information (reviews, portfolios, pricing).

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Utsaav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

🇮🇳 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

🔄 9. Changes to Terms
